These are two photos that mirror quite well the concept behing Between Kitchens: cooking with no fixed kitchen! With different ingredients, budgets, patience, time, tastes to please, appetites, ocasions, times of the day, numbers of people. One day I'll try to tell everything I feel about Between, everything it tries to express and the message I hope it sends ;)
