Not so ordinary lunch

{ pizza romana - thirty minute pizza dough for dummies }

Homemade pizza from scratch is such a satisfying thing to make... Come on, who doesn't love pizza? I wouldn't mind eating every other day! This dough recipe is not perfect, but the upside is that it gets ready in thirty minutes. That way you can have your homemade pizza out of a whim!

Archicad morning... Started wondering what would lunch be... Wandering through blogs, I found a delicious picture of pizza. That was enough for me to try making my own pizza crust for the first time. I had the ham, cheese, mushrooms and greens... And I found a very easy and quick recipe that looked fine as inspiration, so I put my hands to work...

Pré-aquecer o forno a 250ºC.
