oh-mon-dieu french toast

{ lighter yet delicious french toast }

(sunday morning... or is it?
oh my. it's midday and i'm still in bed.
no wonder why... blame those dark skies out there
and the pouring rain.
...feels like eight in the morning!)

so i was still in bed when i had this idea. but i had no eggs. well, no eggs it had to be then!

and you know what...
sometimes it's nice to be a resourceful cook
something like this can make even the darkest day become bright
true story. this is like the most amazing fifteen minute breakfast ever

and now it's raining cats and dogs. there's thunders too.
call me odd... i like this weather sometimes,
especially as i have to write.
