Tarte de Limão e Chocolate
Ingredientes:
- 225g de bolacha Maria Choc
- 30g de margarina, derretida
- 400 ml de natas
- 1 lata de leite condensado
- 1 colher de sopa de açúcar
- 6 folhas de gelatina
- sumo de 2 limões + raspa de 1
- 1 clara
Preparação:
1) Preparar a base de bolacha, reduzindo as
bolachas a pó e misturando com a margarina,
2) Espalhar e pressionar no fundo de uma forma de base
amovível,
3) Bater a clara em castelo,
4) Derreter a gelatina num pouco do sumo de
limão,
5) Bater as natas até estarem firmes, quase no
ponto,
6) Incorporar o açúcar, o leite condensado, o
sumo e as raspas e, por fim, a gelatina, batendo sempre,
7) Incorporar as claras, sem bater,

8) Espalhar sobre a base e levar ao
frigorífico durante, pelo menos, 4 horas.
Lemon-Chocolate Pie
Ingredients:
- 225g Maria Choc biscuits
- 30g margarine, molten
- 400 ml heavy cream
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 6 leaves gelatin
- 2 lemons juice + 1 lemon zest
- 1 egg white
Preparation:
1) Make the crust with the powdered biscuits and the margarine,
2) Spread and press onto the bottom of a removable-bottom cake pan,
3) Beat the egg white until firm peaks form,
4) Melt the gelatin in some heated lemon juice,
5) Beat the cream until firm, almost stiff,
6) Beat in sugar, condensed milk, juice, zest and, in the end, the gelatin,
7) Fold in egg whites, without beating,

8) Pour on the pan and let sit in the refrigerator at least for 4 hours.
